Acne Body Wash

For many, the problems of acne are all too real. Unfortunately, acne not only develops on your face now and then, but sometimes it spreads all over your body as well. I have even heard of more than one case of acne spreading on to the genital area. Others report persistent problems with acne on the feet, legs, and other areas. That is the bad news but for many there is really good news as well. That good news comes in the form of two words: Acne Body Wash.

The problem with acne body washes is that they come in so many different sizes, shapes, flavors, smells and shapes. Yes, there are so many different types of acne washes to consider. Let me try and make it a little easier on you.

The majority of acne body washes employ one of two select ingredients; benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid. The remaining ingredients are not anywhere as important. My preference and I believe it is on the side of prevailing research is to go with acne body washes that consist of salicylic acid. Just a caveat: the only exception to this rule is for those with predominant facial acne issues as they would be better off going with an acne body wash that has benzyl peroxide.

In light of what was mentioned I recommend the following: Using a thorough acne treatment that includes a benzyl peroxide acne facial wash, and an acne body wash that includes salicylic acid. This should go a long way in assisting you with acne reduction.
